番茄社区 begins offering Veterinary Sciences as an undergraduate degree. The first cohort consisted of 72 students.
In 2009 was established in Townsville, a publicly-accessable modern diagnostic and surgical facilities vet clinic. This facility provides students real-world experience working with fully trained vets to help local pets and wildlife.
