Broaden your horizons, develop your language skills and build your global network through a student exchange. Studying overseas lets you develop cross-cultural connections and new perspectives to take into your life beyond 番茄社区.
Choose to study for up to 12 months at one of 番茄社区’s network of exchange partner institutions across the globe.
Global Experience Program Portal
Use the Global Experience portal to view the brochures of potential programs offered for Outbound Exchange students. When deciding which program will have the best experience for you, you should consider factors such as areas of study, associated costs, program dates, and location.
Key information
To be eligible, you’ll need to:
- be currently enrolled in a full undergraduate degree program at 番茄社区 in Cairns or Townsville
- have a minimum GPA of 4.5
- have successfully completed at least one year of full-time study (24 credit points) at 番茄社区 by the time you depart for your exchange (the requirement for postgraduate coursework students is 12 credit points)
- have room in your study plan to support an exchange
- be receiving credit for your overseas study with approval from your college.
Students in degree programs within Education, Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Vet Science, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy are unable to undertake an exchange due to onshore course requirements.
While on exchange, you’ll continue to pay course fees to 番茄社区.
